Davut Tüzüner

Davut Tuzuner graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1982. Tuzuner, who started his career as a self-employed lawyer, served as a Judge at the 7th Military Court and the 2nd Tactical Air Force Military Court between 1984-95. He worked as a Lawyer, Assistant Legal Counsel and Legal 

Counsel at TRT Legal Counsel between 1986 and 2012. During his tenure at TRT Legal Consultancy, Tüzüner took part in the execution and conclusion of numerous cases within the scope of Administrative Law, taking part in Tender Commissions within the scope of Tender Law, managing and finalizing the relevant case portfolio within the scope of Commercial and Obligations Law and providing collections. He managed the relevant litigation processes within the scope of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the RTÜK Law and gave opinions on behalf of TRT. Between 2012 and 2016, he worked as an expert in Commercial and Intellectual Rights Courts.
